In 2010, fly fishing became Dylan’s sanctuary—a way to honor her late husband, Tony, while rediscovering joy in nature. Frustrated by the lack of gear tailored to women, she co-founded She’s Fly with Emily, merging their shared vision of inclusivity in the outdoors. By day, Dylan thrives as an Agile Solutions Architect; by choice, she’s a devoted angler, traveler, and music lover, embracing life in Fort Collins with her pets and loved ones.

A true Colorado spirit, Emily’s love for the mountains fuels her advocacy for National Parks and Public Lands. From childhood, she shattered stereotypes, pursuing adventure unapologetically.
